At LashAuras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury lashes or accessories aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your LashAuras account or visit our Support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and email you a pre-paid return shipping label and an RMA authorization form.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unused items in their original boxes and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
